How long can I stay?
Residences accept stays from 4 weeks to 51 weeks. Academic-year leases (typically 44 or 51 weeks) are available at a reduced weekly rate.
Can I view the residence before booking?
Yes. Viewings can be booked directly through the AI Agent — slots are available Monday–Saturday, 10am to 7pm.
Is Station Court secure?
Yes. Station Court is equipped with secure entry, CCTV, and a fire system.
What's the deposit?
A four-week refundable deposit, held in a government-protected scheme. Returned within 10 working days of check-out.

If you arrive on the same day but are only tens of minutes to a few hours late, you can wait at the front desk, and the staff will serve you after processing the students who have made an appointment. If you arrive on a different day, please click "Edit" in the check in summary of the Unite APP, and then choose a new check-in time that suits you. The apartment will also provide emergency contact information, which can be dialed at the entrance of the apartment or in a prominent place at the front desk. What happens if I need to cancel?
Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in. After that, a 4-week charge applies, or you can transfer your booking to another resident.

Should I pay as much as Station Court London needs to pay?
Please decide how much to pay based on your payment method, but please make sure that the amount of your rent is consistent with the amount required by Station Court London.
