What's included in the weekly rent?
All bills — electricity, water, gas, high-speed Wi-Fi — plus access to the residence's amenities (gym, terrace, cinema where available). No hidden fees.
When is the due date for rent payment?
Please open the contract issued by the apartment, which is a pdf file of Tenancy_Agmt. The YOUR PAYMENT SCHEDULE BREAKDOWN section on the second page will display the detailed payment plan for your room. Please pay each Rent Instalment strictly according to the above display. Please note that the DATE part is the deadline for each payment (in the format of day/month/year), and AMOUNT is the amount that needs to be paid each period. View more
How long can I stay?
Residences accept stays from 4 weeks to 51 weeks. Academic-year leases (typically 44 or 51 weeks) are available at a reduced weekly rate.
When I make a reservation, is the advance rent paid a deposit? How to refund?
Advance Rent is prepaid rent, used as a deposit. After you successfully check in, Advance rent will be deducted from your rent and will not be refunded.
Can I view the residence before booking?
Yes. Viewings can be booked directly through the AI Agent — slots are available Monday–Saturday, 10am to 7pm.
I have a special discount for the apartment when I make a reservation, how can I redeem it?
Please refer to the corresponding activity details provided by the apartment when you make a reservation, and then please accept the corresponding details with the apartment.
What's the deposit?
A four-week refundable deposit, held in a government-protected scheme. Returned within 10 working days of check-out.
Should I pay as much as Arch View House needs to pay?
Please decide how much to pay based on your payment method, but please make sure that the amount of your rent is consistent with the amount required by the apartment. For example, if you use an international bank remittance, the intermediary bank will charge part of the handling fee, so in this case, please ensure that the amount paid is the payable rent + handling fee, and ensure that the full amount arrives to avoid arrears. Are pets allowed?
Each residence has its own policy. Marylebone House and Greenwich Quay are pet-friendly; most others are not.
When can I check in?
You can check in at the beginning of the contract, please make an appointment for the date and time of check-in through the Check in feature in Get Ready of the apartment software. Please note that due to special circumstances this year, the check-in procedure and time may be changed, please pay attention to the notice of the apartment.
Can someone else get the key card for me?
No, for security reasons, your key card can only be collected by yourself.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in. After that, a 4-week charge applies, or you can transfer your booking to another resident.
