Can it be rented for 1 week?
We offer leases from 2-51 weeks, starting from 2 weeks.
Is there a requirement for the start and end dates of the lease term?
We provide full-week rental services starting and ending on weekends, and the start and end dates of the rental period need to be on weekends.
What's included in the weekly rent?
All bills — electricity, water, gas, high-speed Wi-Fi — plus access to the residence's amenities (gym, terrace, cinema where available). No hidden fees.
Can non-students book a room?
Yes, our Stay Club Camden, Kentish Town, Finsbury House, West Green House can accommodate non-student groups.
How long can I stay?
Residences accept stays from 4 weeks to 51 weeks. Academic-year leases (typically 44 or 51 weeks) are available at a reduced weekly rate.
Can I view the residence before booking?
Yes. Viewings can be booked directly through the AI Agent — slots are available Monday–Saturday, 10am to 7pm.
Is there an age limit for check-in? Are minors acceptable?
We accept guests who are 18+, if you are 18 during your stay.
What's the deposit?
A four-week refundable deposit, held in a government-protected scheme. Returned within 10 working days of check-out.
Is a guarantor required? Do I have to pay Council tax?
No, no council tax.
Is the price all inclusive?
Yes, the price is all inclusive.
Are pets allowed?
Each residence has its own policy. Marylebone House and Greenwich Quay are pet-friendly; most others are not.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in. After that, a 4-week charge applies, or you can transfer your booking to another resident.
Besides the room fee, are there any other expenses?
In addition to the room fee, we also charge a service fee of 114 pounds, which includes a cleaning and disinfection before check-in and a new bedding (sheets, quilt covers, pillows, quilts). In order to ensure the safety of the property in the room, we also charge a housing deposit of 250 pounds. After checking out, you will receive a refund reminder email from our finance department, and you can refund according to the steps. View more
When do I need to pay?
The deposit of 250 pounds needs to be paid within 48 hours after receiving the Invoice; the rest of the room fee needs to be paid 4 weeks or more before check-in. If the booking date is less than 4 weeks from the check-in date, payment must be made together with the deposit.
Is an installment purchase possible?
Yes, we offer installment payment plans for orders over £5,000 in total, please consult our sales consultant for details.
Is double occupancy possible?
Yes, some studios allow double occupancy for an additional charge of £50 per week.
Can students from other cities book a room?
Yes, as long as you are a student and over 18 years old.
