Each studio is designed for single occupancy and comes with a cosy bedroom, private bathroom, fully functional kitchenette, study desk, chairs, and ample closet space. All utility bills and high-speed Wi-Fi are included in the rent, ensuring a completely worry-free stay. What's the deposit?
A four-week refundable deposit, held in a government-protected scheme. Returned within 10 working days of check-out.
Are pets allowed?
Each residence has its own policy. Marylebone House and Greenwich Quay are pet-friendly; most others are not.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in. After that, a 4-week charge applies, or you can transfer your booking to another resident.
